Which companies really belong in the top 50 pharma companies in India list?

I've been researching the top 50 pharma companies in India for a market study, and the rankings vary wildly depending on the source. Some rank by revenue, others by export volume or R&D spend.

Sun Pharma, Cipla, Dr. Reddy's and Lupine appear consistently at the top, but the middle order shifts a lot. Mid-cap players like Alkem, Torrent and Mankind have climbed fast in recent years.
